ORKA Consulting Partners (‘ORKA’) was founded as a multi-disciplined business consultancy providing value-added technical and digital transformational services to our customers across various industries.

At a time when the world markets and supply chains are evolving fast and increasingly unpredictable, we established ORKA to provide timely and agile support to help our customers navigate a more volatile and complex industry landscape.

Like our namesake apex marine mammal, Team ORKA embodies these characteristics:

MANAGEMENT

Managing Director and Founder – Peter Goetsch co-founded the business consultancy Halfmann Goetsch Partner AG in 2008 and proceeded to expand the business in Europe and Asia until 2019 when it was acquired by a global Life Science consultancy group. After serving 3 years in Group Management positions, Peter left in 2022 and has been an active angel investor and business industry mentor.

Having found great success in Asia-Pacific in previous ventures, Peter founded ORKA to bring new value and solutions to the APAC market.

HEAD OF BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT

Wee Ming Chua is the Head of Business Development at ORKA Consulting Partners, responsible for commercial, sales and partnership affairs. He was previously General Manager of NNIT Singapore Pte Ltd and regional head of Manufacturing and Supply Chain services for Region Asia.

He has extensive experience in building and expanding businesses across the Asia Pacific region having managed business units in Singapore, China, Malaysia and Indonesia.

HEAD OF PROJECT DELIVERY

Andiyanto Sutandar, PhD, PMP is the Head of Project Delivery at ORKA Consulting Partners. His last role was as Director of Operations at NNIT Singapore and responsible for customer success. He has led and supported multiple projects across various disciplines - including manufacturing, QC, digital, engineering and compliance. He is also an active volunteer of PDA Singapore Chapter and has served in various capacities including President of the Chapter.

Andi is responsible for all service personnel and customer success of ORKA's delivery team.
